Excellent place, almost everything is close by. Employees are super friendly and helpful and speak wonderful English. You will discover activities each evening and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a little noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Wonderful quality for the money!

I have booked the room for 4 days with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the space was constantly pretty clean. The employees were very handy and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large along with the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Me and my wife stayed at Bilyar Palace for 4 days to discovering the place. Bilyar Palace is located in an exceptionally central posture, it truly is clean and also the beds are very comfy! There is only one point I’d recommend going ahead and that’s to offer much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. However, I had been very happy with this choice and would certainly endorse it to everyone seeking to check out Kazan.

The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end.
